EUR 60 million is the investment of the Polish company GTC in a new business center in Mladost

The project provides more than 32 000 square meters of office space class A, which will become the home of 5000 professionals

Global Trade Center (GTC) marks 10 years of presence on the Bulgarian market with the announce of the start of the construction of Advance Business Center. Over 32 thousand square meters of Class A office spaces will be located in Mladost, Sofia, at the very entrance of Business Park Sofia. The investment amounts to a total of EUR 60 million, and the plans of the investors are to complete the project in 2019. The Advance Business Center is designed as "green" project and is already under procedure of certification with the prestigious American LEED certificate.

The first business building, which includes 9 floors of offices and 3 underground parking levels, will be completed in Q1 2019, and the overall project will be completed in the fourth quarter of the same year. Three underground levels offer 574 parking spaces for employees and visitors, including for bicycles and electric cars. Each floor includes 1,718 square meters of office space, providing excellent work conditions for more than 5,000 professionals and of course the areas are flexible enough to meet the specifics of any business.

The concept of the project is made by Gobli Architects and the architectural project belongs to the Planning Architectural Studio. Visitors and staff at the Advance Business Center can make use of on-site amenities including a restaurant and a café area as well as a garden for relax. All amenities are designed so that companies that will find their new home in Advance Business Center can provide their employees with a productive environment for achieving high results. A number of measures have been implemented in the Advanced Business Center to increase energy efficiency and reduce operating costs. The latest generation of air conditioning systems with very high efficiency, as well as a new generation of low-energy glasses are used in the design. The office spaces are mainly with natural lighting. The artificial lighting is LED type. The latest technologies are implemented to ensure that the Advanced Business Center will be technically effective for many years to come. Through efficient technologies that are implemented in the project, tenants will provide an excellent environment for their employees, as well as reduce their utility costs.
