The Polish company GTC celebrates 10 years of presence on the Bulgarian market in 2017. The anniversary coincides with the start of the construction of the Advanced Business Center - Class A office space, spread over 32,000 square meters of space, located at the entrance of Business Park Sofia. The location provides a quick underground connection (about 50 meters away is the Business Park metro station), as well as a direct access to the Sofia Ring Road, providing fast connections both to the public transport and to the private.

The investment that the company will realize in the two phases of the project amounts to 60 million euros. The first business building, which includes 9 floors of offices and 3 underground parking levels, will be completed in Q1 2019, while the overall project will be completed in the 4th quarter of the same year when the second building will be finished.

Three underground levels will offer over 574 parking spaces for employees and visitors, including bicycles and electric cars. Working in the Advanced Business Center, specialists will be greeted by large green spaces in the lobby itself, as well as a large-screen video wall that will allow multimedia projections. Visitors and staff in the Class A offices will also have a restaurant and cafeteria along with a garden that provides the right atmosphere for relaxation. All the facilities provided by the Advanced Business Center are aimed at companies that will find their new home in it to bring added value to employees through workplace location with pleasant environment for achieving high results.

The office part, which in the first building is located on 9 floors, each of 1 718 square meters, has excellent conditions for workplaces of more than 5 000 specialists. Of course, the areas will be flexible enough to meet the specifics of each business. In addition to the "green" lobby, workers will also enjoy 2 large terraces on floors 3 and 9 that complement the greener natural environment of the Advanced Business Center. "From our experience, it's not enough just to build a remarkable architectural object with office space, which Advanced Business Center undoubtedly is, but it is also essential that you maintain and service the tenants. That is why we offer technology that enables us to collect real-time feedback from tenants in the building as well as the technical means embedded in the intelligent infrastructure management system”, commented Thomas Kurzman, CEO of GTC Group.

Following leading European trends for sustainable office buildings, Advance Business Center is in certification with a LEED Gold Green certificate, thus providing added value to its potential occupants through higher energy efficiency and lower operating costs per workspace.

GTC Group is a leading investor in the real estate sector in Poland and three capitals in Central and Eastern Europe. The company operates in Poland, Romania, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia and Bulgaria. The group was established in 1994.
